Everything from customer service to supervisors. I've never called them for anything, Their system pulled a double payment from my account and I have been trying to get them to fix this & return one of the double payments & they are putting me thru a lot of steps for something they did.

Hectic. They are always short staffed and bringing in new clients all the time. Using temps and expecting training as well as production from most staff. This creates an atmosphere of low morale that is not acknowledged by the corporation.

Why is it that you do not have an email address for correspondence. We live in the UK and mail can take up to 6 weeks to get here. It is not good enough.
