Better pay. Looking in the industry im one on of the lowest paid at this position. Being an internal hire if I had been told it was a later move I would have never changed positions. But the company was not clear or helping at all in that matter.

Fair compensation package compared to rival companies. Once you join thee company, the compensations barely increases afterwards with some stupid statements that the inflation is not that big to have a higher increase in the salary.
The market value for my role in the Boston tech industry offers a $5-$8k pay difference.
At least 20k more annually, higher bonus, and 3 to 4 times the equity stake. They give a specific number of RSUs and it's much lower than the annual bonus.
