They need better managers. One of my managers by word of mouth around time is not liked at all so it is a wonder how he came to get a job for such a "work/life" balance preaching company when he messaged me personally stating to build my out of work life around my random work schedule. No thanks.
Leading and understanding their people, rather than bossing around.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay. Looking in the industry im one on of the lowest paid at this position. Being an internal hire if I had been told it was a later move I would have never changed positions. But the company was not clear or helping at all in that matter.

Fair compensation package compared to rival companies. Once you join thee company, the compensations barely increases afterwards with some stupid statements that the inflation is not that big to have a higher increase in the salary.
The market value for my role in the Boston tech industry offers a $5-$8k pay difference.
At least 20k more annually, higher bonus, and 3 to 4 times the equity stake. They give a specific number of RSUs and it's much lower than the annual bonus.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management just makes work toxic. Even though it is supposed to be a chill and relaxed environment it is not due to certain managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In general, teams are working to similar goals within your specific group and willing to help each other.
Friendly atmosphere and not oushing too hard
The benefits for health. There is disconnect throughout with PTO and sick days so it is best to never be sick or you may get looked down and belittled for it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better leadership, people management and consistency. Build a structure that makes sense and promotes collaboration rather than overlap creating ownership confusion.
The stock is dropping due to the company losing money. This starts eith the backend and changing up management there to get the right ones in.
