Many things, from improving the general processes to getting rid of toxic people ruining the company from inside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair compensation package compared to rival companies. Once you join thee company, the compensations barely increases afterwards with some stupid statements that the inflation is not that big to have a higher increase in the salary.
