Ralph Castro — VP of Product at DreamHost

Ralph Castro is Vice President of Product at DreamHost. In his role, he ensures that DreamHost releases new projects and products in a timely manner by defining their functions and scope, performing product and market research, and meeting with customers to assess their needs. He also collaborates and coordinates with his colleagues across the DreamHost team – including engineers, project managers, and support – to deliver projects that meet or exceed the company’s high standards of quality. Prior to joining DreamHost as one of its first team members, Castro attended Pennsylvania State University, where he studied Civil Engineering. The core philosophy that motivates him, both personally and as a DreamHost team member, is one that places a high value on listening to customers and resolving problems, providing solutions, and alleviating frustrations – an appreciation that he gained while serving in tech support in his early days with the company.
