Fix the rampant nepotism and lack of accountability at this company, set and stick to a strategy instead of constant flip-flopping, and fix the poor communication and artificial gatekeeping that has started spreading, especially over the last couple of years.

Was a long time ago and probably their team approach with questions that challenged my thinking outside of the strict tech realm. I can see that being a fully-formed, mature human, really helps when connecting with a diverse customer base.
