Very demanding with little compensation
Run, don't walk away from this horrific, disreputable builder in NKY. Our brand new home is a giant mess. Every single trade that worked on our new home has done sub par work and Drees does not care. They need to cimpletely revamp their quality.
Communication, quality, processes, leadership, and poor all around
Nothing. The company should just go out of business and save us the heartache. Their product has been sub par for the price, their customer service has a complete disaster and their subs doing the actual work don't know what to do. We've escalated our complaints and nothing has happened differently.
