Collaboration. Department managers work in silos and have too much organizational power. Executive team should be more involved in execution of organizational strategy.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People are promoted and valued based on who they have a personal relationship with rather than their qualifications and performance. For the company to truly thrive, this good ole boy system must be extinguished. With up-and-coming leaders, I believe it will eventually happen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to meet some of the team that I would work with if hired.

The actual work task/responsibilities and my internal customers are the only thing that makes me happy.
