What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I noticed, there is no one wants to take initiatives due to fixed pay cycle so we should have some extra benefits like yearly bonus or monthly incentive on basis of performance. it will create motivational factor/ competition factor that will help to team introduce better work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Droisys provides very good working environment
The positivity, lack of judgment, and openness. That, and the view that there are creative solutions to every problem through collaboration

This is first time when i got opportunity to directly interact with Client which makes me happy and confident
