The positivity, lack of judgment, and openness. That, and the view that there are creative solutions to every problem through collaboration
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I noticed, there is no one wants to take initiatives due to fixed pay cycle so we should have some extra benefits like yearly bonus or monthly incentive on basis of performance. it will create motivational factor/ competition factor that will help to team introduce better work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1. Career growth : - There should be opportunities to get better career growth like Designations. 2. HR management : - It should be strong and motivational. 3. RnR (Reward & Recognition) : - It should be on quarterly or half yearly basis 4. Skill enhancement training :- As per process require
