Just about anything and everything. Just ask any driver

Stop gossiping everyday and complaining ablut every little thing

Leadership, appreciation/awknowledgment, accountability at the higher level and not just the drivers and safety for the drivers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything i mentioned previously. I mean google rates an F for our executive team, isnt that saying enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just appreciated at work, you know. You get more diciplined than awknowledment for your hard work. No one cares about you except yourself.
