Team Work- and effective rules. . . Don't know the rules clear. It changes weekly. Managers are not educated and poor training.
Leadership, appreciation/awknowledgment, accountability at the higher level and not just the drivers and safety for the drivers
If we had product and better pay everyone would be happy. These guys work on commission. How can they pay their bills with no product to sell? Loader should make $18-$20, that’s the national average and I’m making 14.49 I’ve been here almost 3 years and started
Stop expecting employees to be available nights, weekends, holidays and vacations.

We need more product. How can we be a water company with no water to sell. As of right now this place is a joke. I’ve worked for other larger companies. I was in charge of 300 people and managed that better than this branch can manage
Unrealistic expectations and deadlines. Pressure to be available at all times including vacation.
