What do you like best about the leadership team?
THEY ARE COMPETENT AND CLEAR ON GOALS TO ACHIEVE
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn how to be a professional security officer and have ethics. The one I work under wanted me to steal time and resources from the contract we were payed to protect. He should have been arrested but the contract did not want to persecute . DSI cover up the Branch Manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
THE ATTENDANCE BONUS IS REALLY GREAT
It helps me pay my bill and rent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only thing I enjoyed was the client that I work for. I am retired law enforcement officer who gave all and the company was founded by a law enforcement officer. They need to practice DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO>
What are some of the best things about your team?
THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SKILLED
They are very helpfull and help me throught my difficult situation

Doing my job and keeping busy. I love what i do. Working with people is my thing and i enjoy it and am very good at it.
