Very bad over working work culture, lack of proper training , over expects with minimum training given. Zero acknowledgement to employees.Biased against Indians.

The way they project the company at interview the job description and job I am doing, alas! is a perfect mismactch
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Always pinpoints negatives thing done, without proper training how can they expect somebody to meet the expectations of working like a horse with 100% accuracy is something they need to learn from others.
