Ms. Tali Chen has been Chief Evangelist of DSP Group, Inc. since July 17, 2017. Ms. Chen serves as Corporate Vice President of Corporate Development at DSP Group Inc. and served as its Corporate Vice President of Corporate Development (HR & Legal, Marcom). Ms. Chen served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at DSP Group Inc. Ms. Chen is responsible for the management of all human resources and facility matters at DSP Group. Prior to joining DSP Group in 2008, she was employed at RADA Electronic Industries as Director of Commercial Legal Affairs and Human Resources. Previously, she served in the Israeli Defense Forces where she reached the rank of Major. During her service in the IDF, she also served as founding manager of the Atidim for Industry project, which helps students from lower socio-economic backgrounds integrate successfully within the industrial workforce. Prior to that, she managed the office of the head of the Israeli National Security Council and completed her legal internship at office of the IDF Ombudsman. She earned her Bachelor of Law and Government degree at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC).
