What is the best part about your compensation package?

Clothing allowance great pay good health insurance

Base pay is good for given levels. Variable pay is dependent upon a complex formula involving mostly corporate objectives. It averages 10%. Good 401k match (up to 10%); however, period is excessively long for 100% vesting (six years). Raises are nothing special, other than unusual circumstances.

Best package that I have earned

The amount of vacation days is generous

Stock options and annual bonus

My retirement package, that new hires don't get anymore
