David Loretta — Senior VP & CFO at Duluth Holdings

Mr. David Loretta, also known as Dave, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duluth Holdings Inc. since July 24, 2017. Mr. Loretta served four years as President and Chief Financial Officer of Nordstrom Bank and led all financial and operating functions for its proprietary card operations. At Nordstrom, he was was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long-range strategic planning as well as operational leadership. He served as Treasurer of Nordstrom Inc. since February 2006 and its Divisional Vice President since March 2005. From February 2002 to February 2006, Mr. Loretta served as Director of Treasury of Nordstrom. Mr. Loretta was employed by Nordstrom Inc.'s 'direct-to-customer' subsidiary, Nordstrom.com, as Controller from December 2000 to February 2002 and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis from January 2000 to December 2000. Before his 13 years with Nordstrom, Mr. Loretta was Director of Planning and Analysis for Restoration Hardware, Inc., where he developed a companywide budgeting, forecasting and reporting process for the retail stores, catalog direct mail and e-commerce. Following his time at Nordstrom, Mr. Loretta launched and operated his own company, Pacific Time, LLC from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Loretta earned an MBA from San Diego State University and a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
