What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do not criticize employees. They coach each employee to become better with the job they do.
They are open to new ideas and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The potential annual bonus is fair and can be quite lucrative if the company has a great year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that everyone should be given the option to get all benefits, whether it be health, short-term or long-term disability, or any other type of benefits, no matter whether I am full time or part time. I also don't think there should be a cap on wages for any position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very supportive and helpful to each other, filling in gaps in knowledge, knowing where an item is, etc.
Everyone has compassion and care about others. Coworkers always help each other the best they can.
They are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is family orientated, as well as being flexible.
People are generally happy and willing to help in any area, no matter what.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very laid back and chill. After seeing I worked on Fulfillment Orders at Target, my manager knew she had to hire me.
I was able to meet a good amount of the people that I now work with today.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

What makes you most happy at work?
Picking items for online orders; it is, by far, what I am best at. When I started, I was picking like 20 items per hour; now I average around 50 items per hour. I'm a Jack-of-All-Trades, but picking us where I shine.
That I'm respected and have a ton of autonomy to do my job well.
