Leadership is a little out of touch, but overall has a good handle on things.

They need to stop taking over projects and competing for time in meetings.

There is a great divide between union and non-union. Neither group trusts the other.
The overall culture. More flexibility and less negativity.

The morale between coworkers is terrible. Stop hiring back stabbers.
