Executive Bio

Jim Brady is executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) for DXC Technology. Jim has primary accountability for driving DXC’s day-to-day business operations while supporting change management initiatives that enable growth. He is focused on enhancing the productivity of our workforce, streamlining operations, and ensuring clarity and accountability across DXC’s global enterprise.

Jim also is responsible for Global Delivery for DXC Technology – including delivery excellence for DXC’s customers, process improvements and automation, and talent development. He brings more than 30 years of experience in advancing growth, improving operations, and developing high-performing teams.

Prior to DXC, Jim served as COO of Accumen Inc., a tech-enabled healthcare performance company, where he was responsible for client delivery and relationship management, execution of company financials, innovation and transformation. The company was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2019 and was named one of the Top 10 Supply Chain Management solution companies by Healthcare Tech Outlook.

Jim's executive leadership and operations experience includes managing multi-billion-dollar global operations, driving quality and performance-excellence programs, and developing customer relationships.
