they force a review process on you which means nothing as there is no incentive for raises. The US was to make bonus last year until Lawrie (CEO) adjusted goals to prevent that from happening.

we're supposed to do reviews twice a year. most people don't bother. There's no point. if you do well, you won't get a raise or bonus. there's no incentive.
