    It's the worst part of the story. You agree for a particular designation while joining but all of a sudden they would change it to something weird which has nothing to do your work profile. After that it would never be changed - you keep writing mails after mails to manager/HR people. They don't care - you would never get any reply. If you call or send any message to any HR people for any help/suggestion, they would never reply. Their status appears always 'busy'. If you go to their seat for asking something, either (1) they would not be at their seat, OR (2) they would not speak to you saying they are busy, OR (3) they would be having tea/coffee/lunch. They will give their phone numbers in their mail to call them up while necessary, but if you do so, they would never pickup your call,

    They don't handle issues, they are swept under the carpet. They have breached my contract and refuse to admit it.

    What HR? Try to contact them. HR is 4 executives and a bunch of online Q&A documents. Its horrendous.

    poorly. HR, like the rest of DXC, is an unmitigated mess.
