
Don't, unless you're either desperate or new to the industry and need some skills to pad your resume. DXC does not do pay-raises (unless you're Upper Management, of course), and doesn't really care about its employees (there's practically monthly layoffs, at this point). In short, avoid working for DXC if at all possible.
Good question. I wouldn't work here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. As of this writing, the CEO has a 28/100 score and an F for culture score. Perks and benefits are C-. Office Culture is a D+. Team is D. Manager is D-... you do the math. RUN!
great place to learn and you will have to wear many hats and receive training on what they want, not what is necessary to do a good job. You have to learn on the fly or by osmosis. Otherwise stay away
