
Deminishing benefits. They will do whatever they can to take benefits away, every year, until you have nothing that resembles the benefits you were hired with. They replace benefits with crappier health plans and poorer 401k options, until all that remains are options you don't want (or, for health plans, the ones you want are so expensive, it doesn't make sense). This is not about the government regulations, DXC saves money on YOUR benefits by swapping plans out for worse ones. Vacation? There is no vacation accrual. They tell you to take all the time you need, but psychologically, you'll compete, out of performance fear, with your peers, thus taking less..
Aside from the regular insurance benefits, DXC Technology also provides discounts on things such as movie/theme park tickets, computer, cellular service, cars, flowers, etc. through the third-party "Perks at Work" program. I have only used the movie ticket discounts, so far, but it seems to work well.
There are no real benefits. Seniority and service years are not recognized at all. there is no plan visible to introduce this either. Bonuses are mystery.
