Zafar also advises DXC's executive leadership team and Board of Directors on the legal, reputational and regulatory implications in these areas. He manages a team of lawyers and is executive sponsor for the DXC Law Department Professional Development Program.
Zafar previously held senior leadership positions at The AES Corporation and was an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also previously worked as an associate at two large law firms.
He is a graduate of Northwestern University (Phi Beta Kappa), The University of Michigan Law School and The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business (MBA with honors).
