Ms. Carolyn J. Burke has been an Executive Vice President of Strategy & Administration at Dynegy Inc. since October 20, 2017. Ms. Burke has been Chief Integration Officer at Dynegy Inc. since October 2014. She serves as Executive Vice President, Strategic Development at Dynegy Midwest Generation LLC. Ms. Burke served as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Development/Executive Vice President of Strategy at Dynegy Inc. since October 2016 until October 20, 2017. Ms. Burke served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at Dynegy Holdings, LLC since August 30, 2011. Ms. Burke was responsible for the corporate functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Investor Relations & Communications and Business Services. Ms. Burke served as an Executive Vice President of Business Operations & Systems at Dynegy Inc. since July 2015. She was responsible for Supply Chain, Safety, Environmental, Information Technology, Construction & Engineering, Outage Services and PRIDE- Dynegy's signature continuous margin and process improvement program. Ms. Burke served as Global Controller for J.P. Morgan's Global Commodities business since March 2008. Ms. Burke served as Vice President and Controller of NRG Energy, Inc. from August 21, 2006 to March 14, 2008 and its Principal Accounting Officer until March 14, 2008. She has been a Director of Aqua America, Inc. since May 6, 2016. Ms. Burke served as NRG's Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis since May 2004. Prior to joining NRG, she served as Controller and Executive Director of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Arts and Sciences, where she was responsible for financial accounting and reporting systems and federal reporting compliance from December 2001 to April 2004. Ms. Burke served as an Executive Director of Financial Administration at Yale University from April 1999 to November 2001 and held various finance positions during her four years at the British Petroleum (formerly, Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO)). She serves as a Director of Illinois Power Generating Company. Ms. Burke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Wellesley College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Chicago.
