Mr. Henry D. Jones, also known as Hank, has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of Dynegy Inc. since April 1, 2013, as well as of Dynegy Midwest Generation LLC. Mr. Jones serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President at Electric Energy, Inc. He is responsible for Dynegy's commercial and asset management functions for Dynegy power generation business. Mr. Jones leads a team that develops and executes both hedging and term contracting options for the entire fleet. He has more than 25 years in the energy sector and has in-depth commercial expertise and extensive industry experience. Mr. Jones served as the Managing Director of North American Power and Gas Sales, Trading and Origination for Deutsche Bank since 2010. He held various key commercial roles at EDF Trading (EDFT), AEP Energy Services and Duke Energy Corporation. Mr. Jones ran his own energy consulting business. He served as the Chairman and Director of Renewable Fuel Supply Ltd. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and his MBA from Oklahoma State University.
