What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they are always there to help you with anything you need. I never feel intimidated or scared to ask about something that i'm not sure of.
Very open to new ideas, treat people with respect

Diversity in hiring and retention.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is my 403B plan.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is that they are the most hardworking, caring, and compassionate people that I know. They will go out of their way to help you with anything you need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers have been here 20+ years and are jaded and tired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at my company is the compassion and empathy for others. Everyone comes together as a team everyday.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clear goals projected by leaders who have hire/fire authority instead of relying on feedback.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process was that I was given a very good opportunity and my managers saw potential in me and made me feel like I was a very good candidate for the position offered.

What makes me most happy at work is that it doesn't really feel like work, I enjoy going and being with my co-workers in order to better other peoples lives.

It’s a place that just panders to mediocracy.
