Mr. Olson has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Productivity & Business Process Simplification at DuPont do Brasil S.A. since January 2011. Mr. Olson served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Productivity & Business Process Simplification at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company until January 1, 2016. He served as Head of productivity improvement and business process at DuPont Titanium Technologies, Inc., since January 1, 2011 and led its productivity improvement and business process simplification programs. He served as President of DuPont Titanium Technologies, Inc. He served as the President of Productivity Improvement and Business Process Segment at EI DuPont de Nemours & Co. since January 1, 2011 and served as its President of Titanium Technologies Segment from October 2009 to January 1, 2011. Mr. Olson served as Vice President and General Manager Designate of DuPont Titanium Technologies for Ei Dupont De Nemours & Co. since October 2005. He joined DuPont as a process engineer in 1978. He has served in a broad range of business, marketing and manufacturing management assignments. Mr. Olson lived in Taipei, Taiwan, from 1996 to 1999, serving first as president, DuPont Taiwan and subsequently as managing director, TiO2 - Asia Pacific. From 1999 to 2001, he served as director - eVentures with responsibility to design, form and manage numerous equity investments in electronic commerce marketplaces for DuPont. Since In May 2001, he served as Vice President of eBusiness, responsible for assisting DuPont businesses to use the power of electronic commerce to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. He served as Vice President and General Manager - DuPont Surfaces since March 2003. Mr. Olson graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1978 with a degree in chemical engineering and completed the Sloan Fellowship at the Sloan Management School, receiving a master's degree in 1993.
