Mr. Timothy P. Glenn, also known as Tim, has been President of Crop Protection Business at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company since October 1, 2015. Mr. Glenn served as a Vice President of Integrated Operations and Commercial Effectiveness at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. Mr. Glenn served on the DuPont Pioneer Enterprise Leadership Council, the Americas Operations Committee and co-leads the Americas Commercial Team. He served as Regional Business Director of Canada and Latin America at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. Mr. Glenn was responsible for leading the businesses along with meeting financial and operational targets. He was director of Marketing and Sales Effectiveness for Pioneer in North America, with responsibility for product line marketing, product strategy, sales training, agronomy sciences, sales and marketing communications and marketing research, analysis and economics. He joined Pioneer in 1991 and served in various marketing research and marketing management positions until 1997. He left Pioneer and rejoined the business in 2006 as Director of Marketing. He held a series of business, sales and marketing leadership roles with Dow AgroSciences. Mr. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
