High salary with great upside
It's according to the current industry standard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They force you to take vacation days here and there half days here and there, its ridiculous. Stock options will be lucky if it buys my next new paid of sanitary pads

Collaboration and professionalism. Strong sense of commitment and teamwork towards common goals.

Have some cool people to work there, the current ETL are un approachable have Rude arogant attitudes
