What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company culture is a churn and burn one.The CEO is a very charming person who makes you want to follow him. However he loses his temper very easily and runs the company with fear.He yells at everyone and belittles them excessively. The hr department is run by his wife. Employee retention is 50%

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I negotiated a good deal. However they hold it over your head and do everything in their power to chip away at your compensation. Nickel and dime you on your hours. The senior staff gets 50 percent of your deals for the first year. It takes 18 months to build clients then they fire you and take all

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sr management focuses on their individual success at all costs. Anyone below director is expendable. They are fickle nasty and belittling. Most of the staff is young under 30. The people in charge take advantage of everyone who doesn't know any better.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They are a closed culture. The senior staff has been there for 20 plus years and most have not worked anywhere else. They never admit wrong doing and treat people with disdain. They want to grow the business but their methods actually strangle it. It's run like a cult hidden behind culture. So sad.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The CEO sold me on the company. Everyone else i interviewed with were not impressive at all. They aren't looking for smart people who can contribute. They are looking for blind followers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The owner micro manages to the point where even his trusted people don't tell him the truth as not to upset him. He is living in a bubble. He is very intelligent and built a impressive business but he also strangles his own success with his behavior.
