Mr. Brent W. Wood has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of EastGroup Properties, Inc. since August 1, 2017 and May 11, 2017 respectively. Mr. Wood served as Head of Texas Region at EastGroup Properties, Inc. since May 23, 2017 until August 1, 2017. Mr. Wood served as the Head of Houston Regional Office at EastGroup Properties, Inc. until May 23, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President since 2003. Mr. Wood served as Vice President of Eastgroup Properties from 2000 to 2003, Senior Asset Manager from 1997 to 1999 and Assistant Controller from 1996 to 1997. He joined EastGroup in 1996. Prior to joining EastGroup, he was a Senior Audit Consultant with a regional public accounting firm. Mr. Wood is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
