They are always friendly and working in the best interest of the company and shareholders.

Our senior management team care about every single individual that works here. They strive to be proactive about employee retention and culture, rather than reactive.

Benefits of insurance and 401k match.
More offered than most companies and paid by employer.
There are multiple components to our compensation that is very competitive in our markets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more money would be nice
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small family like atmosphere and genuine
We have few meetings, which is why our meetings are effective! This is a group of professionals who understand their job and what needs to be done. Managers don't hover because there is trust.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could try much harder. U feel like I'm the only one wishing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally supportive and encouraging with support
We get our work done, and we celebrate successes. We take time during business hours to recognize each other for milestone birthdays, life events, company achievements, and annual gatherings.
