The fact that they feel like everyone who works here is family and not just an employee

Realuze your employees are being abused by "customers". Mainly people just looking not buying but feel they have tvevrufht to abuse employees

The flexibility of multiple plan options and costs

Employees genunely care about eah othet
Everyone is hard workers and accountable for their work, but we can still laugh and have a good time.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that they scheduled all the interviews back to back, and I knew exactly where I stood the whole process instead of being left wondering what was happening for weeks like with most companies.
