We get bonuses base on our peformances

I'm sure I'm paid less than my male counterparts. Very Male oriented atmosphere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperative in my area. Down to earth people from many different walks of life,
team work and treat each team as our family

Group-think and lack of inclusion
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are trying to improve communications. They are also putting money into enhancing the plant with improvements.

replace the leadership and executive team

Look at all thing, not just the degree. Work experience is invaluable

Fun atmosphere but busy. Good people

Accountability of leadership to provide resources for the teams to do the work - both for product development and for production and customer service
