What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too many managers a great deal of inconsistency from mgr to mgr
Looking beyond the sales floor to understand how processes work in the kitchen. Learn how to talk to people without being rude. Fix equipment so that employees have a safe work environment and hold staff accountable for keeping work spaces clean.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are decent, but expensive.

GM and AGM ad well as the floor supervisors need to turn down the passion and emotion and listen before answering or acting on issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are really great and the only positive to working there.
