What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure everyone feels seen and heard, they treat us like people instead of just employees, which makes a massive difference in the workplace.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im currently only a casual with no benefits. As a casual you are expected to functional at a management level. Smaller stores require to staff to fullfil more duties
What are some of the best things about your team?
Support friendly always there to help out when needed
we all get on great and that we are 100 per cent Awesome

Listen more and communicate with other workers and customers

Leadership, positivity, work ethic and positivity
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview experience was pretty unique to me but most of them will be, which I think is great because it gives everyone a chance to shine and show they would be a great addition to the team!
