Marie Oh Huber — Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary at eBay

Ms. Marie Oh Huber has been General Counsel of eBay Inc. since June 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Secretary. Ms. Huber served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Agilent Technologies, Inc. from September 2009 to May 1, 2015. She served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Agilent Technologies, Inc., from June 2007 to September 2009 and served as its Assistant General Counsel from July 2002 to June 2007. Prior to Agilent, Ms. Huber was an M&A and Corporate Lawyer at Hewlett-Packard from 1990 to 1999, starting her career before HP at large law firms in New York and San Francisco. She Director of James Campbell Company LLC and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. She serves on the board of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and speaks frequently on corporate governance matters.
