Mr. Raymond J. Pittman has been Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President at eBay Inc. since July 2015 and served as Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President at Ebay Marketplaces since November 2013. Mr. Pittman leads eBay's Product organization and is responsible for creating world-class, end-to-end product experiences for more than 124 million active users and 25 million sellers. He Founded Venture Factory Partners Inc. and served as its Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer. He joined eBay from Apple, where he led its worldwide ecommerce platform for the Apple Online Stores and was responsible for design, product management and commerce innovation. He also led an international expansion team responsible for developing commerce opportunities in 38 countries. Before Apple, he served as a Leader in the product management group at Google and responsible for a variety of consumer search and other product initiatives. Mr. Pittman co-founded Groxis, Inc. in 2001 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He has seventeen years of senior executive and entrepreneurial experience with Internet and software technology growth companies. He was the Founder of Digital Courier Technologies and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He negotiated $150M in acquisitions and spin-offs and grew the e-payments business to profitability and $40M in revenue. He was also Founder of Broadway.com and served as Chief Executive Officer. He Co-Founded BTG, Inc. He served as Director of Groxis, Inc. Mr. Pittman graduated with a MS in Engineering-Economics Systems from Stanford University along with a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
