Mr. Scott Cutler has been Senior Vice President of Americas at eBay Inc. since August 21, 2017. Mr. Cutler has been President of StubHub, Inc. since April 2015. He joined eBay in 2015. He served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Listings for NYSE Holdings LLC since November 12, 2013 until April 2015. Prior to his career at the NYSE, Mr. Cutler spent several years in investment banking focused on the software and Internet industries. Mr. Cutler is a seasoned executive with extensive global business experience and a belief in the transformative power of technology. He started his career as a corporate securities lawyer. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board at ental Health Association of NYC since 2010 until June 2015. He served as Executive Vice President at NYSE Euronext from March 2006 to April 2015. He served as Head of West Coast Software at Cowen and Company, LLC from 2004 to 2006. He served as Vice President at Thomas Weisel Partners from 1999 to 2004.
