Dont know them to have much of an opinion. But people are treated to much like a number. To much churn has taken place recently that the whole team is to demotivated and to leave. Including management.
Tried in the past to give a warning of what is now happening. Doubt they will listen know. The damage is already done and the department will never be the same again. And dont just blame COVID. Issues were present way before then.
