Improve on experience in person with Lledera

Job security is good, low pay for the average cog in the machine, unless you are one of the favorites. Treated like just another body, Huge turn over rate. Company makes no effort to retain really good employees which gives no incentive to both new and existing employees to work towards growth.

Great work experience, lots of growth for people who desire & want to work hard for it. Always something new to look forward to, new ways of doing things better, always inprovibg

It is still a good company but we are underpaid with all the difficult calls we answer.

Management provides virtually no useful feedback when it comes to improvement and success of an employee. Eliminate generic feedback and provide actual plan that will ensure success for employee which will be beneficial to the company. It’s ok to listen, a rebuttal isn’t always necess

Salary is great, bonus is more than fair & other incentive plans are exceptional.

The company is doing really well, expanding on a global level. The company from what I see cares more about bodies and metrics. The company makes no effort to retain really good employees by compensating them properly, but instead lets them walk in exchange for someone off the street

More supportive than higher tier’d techs and management. Not condescending, more focused on actually helping you find a solution and less concerned with criticis

The incentives they provide to distract you from the low pay ie: snacks in the kitchen, points system that can be cashed in for gift cards and a gym membership prior to pandemic.
