Management provides virtually no useful feedback when it comes to improvement and success of an employee. Eliminate generic feedback and provide actual plan that will ensure success for employee which will be beneficial to the company. It’s ok to listen, a rebuttal isn’t always necess
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is doing really well, expanding on a global level. The company from what I see cares more about bodies and metrics. The company makes no effort to retain really good employees by compensating them properly, but instead lets them walk in exchange for someone off the street
Yes, I feel I am underpaid with the amount of effort and energy I offer the company

I always applied for another position but they want to keep me in my current one which I don't like anymore.
