More supportive than higher tier’d techs and management. Not condescending, more focused on actually helping you find a solution and less concerned with criticis
Brutal honesty, willingness to cross departments to help achieve goals, teamwork, innovation & problem solving.
People are cool but some do not work hard
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Environment for a long period
The incentives they provide to distract you from the low pay ie: snacks in the kitchen, points system that can be cashed in for gift cards and a gym membership prior to pandemic.
Ability to be myself, freedom to express ideas and provide constructive feedback and ask questions.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Travel through all the equipment
Flown to corporate to interview, no offices, not even fir the CEO. Interviewed locally and every interview was consistent, everyone in the same page.
It focuses on the work requirement itself

Data is a bit more advanced
