I joined Ecolectro as a summer associate and so far I have been blown away by how nice and driven the other employees are. I have been treated with consideration at every step of the process and get to feel like I am contributing.

Learning something new and/or tackling a new challenge. I love being stimulated and doing work which allows me to grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are building this company for the right reasons. No one here is part of a get-rich-fast scheme, the leadership started this because they believe in the technology.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My favorite part is a rule from leadership that anyone is allowed to ask questions and share perspective. It really helps everyone treat each other as equals and encourages critical thought.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Like the leadership, the people are here for the right reasons. They genuinely want to accomplish great things and no one views this as a monotonous drag or a waste of 8 hours a day.
