Connection to the mission = protecting patients, reducing preventable harm in healthcare

Really great onboarding after the interviews - clear process, clear expectations, thorough punchlist of people to meet with to understand the organization, ETC

Again, connection to the mission - we are protecting patients through our services/solutions and expertise
