I’m paid at a high market value for my role, but ECS had no say in that. Since we were acquired, I’ve seen little to no increase. They’re too frugal for their own

The team is comprised of professionals
They are smart, personable, and helpful.
Everyone is respectful and easy to work with. Everyone wants to help others learn instead of not releasing knowledge on their subject of expertise.
The people I work with are some of the smartest and most talented people in the space, but are intellectually humble and wonderful all around.
