They are kind, funny, and competitive (in a good way)!
They are just a lot of fun!
People are really kind and talented

The people genuinely like each other
The people are very kind! Plus snacks!!
Everyone is kind and it is a playful culture

The company moves quickly and I was given a lot of ownership early on.

What did you like most about the interview process?
We have a number of people meet each candidate
It felt human. Not overly formal
Got to meet all senior leadership and have intimate conversations to try and assess the culture fit
The technical interviews were challenging, but seemed fair. I liked that we did a culture fit interview before the technical interview.

Management berates and overworks employees, high turnover
