Transparency - the team is very good about sharing our strategy, company decisions, and making sure we know where we are going + why.
What makes you most happy at work?
The impact that I have on a daily basis. What I do matters and I can see the impact of my work immediately. Also, my teammates who have become some of my best friends in San Francisco.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates - I have the best co-workers. People that are fun, hard-working, team-oriented, and really want me, and Eden, to succeed. Plus, everything is Harry Potter themed, so as a huge HP nerd, I love the magical aspect of Eden.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People here are really invested in one another's success. I've worked on a lot of smart teams at previous companies, but I've never worked with people as smart + compassionate as my teammates at Eden. People believe in the mission, believe in each other, and want Eden to succeed, together.
